1. In depth consultation with the Seller
2. Accurately measure all rooms, locate tax data, verify zoning if necessary
3. Fill out all paperwork correctly
4. Install professional "for sale" sign
5. Take Digital pictures for virtual tour
6. Install Lock Box
7. Review pictures for virtual tour and create tour if pictures are satisfactory
8. Submit data to Multiple Listing Service including multiple pictures and virtual tour
9. Have seller review MLS listing and make changes if necessary
10. Update web site complete with pictures and virtual tour
11. Design custom property brochure for info box if appropriate
12. Email flyers to agents in the area notifying them of property for sale
13. Get evidence of title from title company
14. Return copy of contract to seller
15. Ask Seller to review ad for Homes & Land Magazine
16. Submit Ads to Homes & Land Magazine
17. Evaluate effectiveness of newspaper advertising for listing (Gosport, Thrifty Nickel)
18. Prepare script and fax on demand data for Excalibur Toll Free Number
19. Talk enthusiastically about the property at office meeting and schedule showing

22. Review with seller showing procedures
